VENUE
This year the conference will take place at the Abilene Convention Center located at 1100 North 6th Street, Abilene, Texas.
Exhibitor spaces will be 10’x10′ pipe and draped booths. Each space is $600 and includes a 6′ skirted table, a wastebasket, an ID sign, two chairs, and access for two representatives.

ATTENDANCE
This event attracts county judges, commissioners, and office personnel from all over West Texas. Approximately 350 attendees register for this conference.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a 10’x10′ pipe and draped booth. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be reserved until your balance has been paid. If you need additional information about electricity or shipping, please reach out to our decorator.
