Who is Helifox Technologies?
Helifox is the result of over 40 years of combined experience in the telecommunications industry, where we have seen a constant struggle for many organizations to keep up with their technological needs. Sometimes, due to budget restrictions, lack of technical expertise, or limited access, small government offices have been overwhelmed by many challenges. How can Helifox help Texas counties?
This takes some time and effort, but through the years, we have perfected a patented process involving a NO-COST assessment and an operating cost analysis of the client’s legacy (current) systems. We then present our clients with a SOW (Scope of Work) proposal detailing the steps and costs associated with the upgrade/implementation of the new technology and services. The speed in which we provide these answers depends on how quickly the client responds to our questions. This is really, the hardest part of the process.

Is this transition complicated?
