2027 Conferences Pre-Registration

Early registration for the 2027 Conference Year will begin September 1st, 2026 and last through October 31, 2026. Registrations after October will have to be for individual conferences. There is a $500 convenience fee for the ability to register for all Texas County conferences at once.

Each registration will include the standard exhibit set-up along with 2 registrations for representatives. Additional representatives can be purchased at a later date. All prices are based on 2026 pricing or projected 2027 pricing, along with an added $500 flat rate convenience fee for advanced registration services. With shows selling out at record speeds, registering through this process will allow you to secure a space prior to registration officially opening. Sponsors will still receive priority on the floor plan.
Terms of Service*
- I understand that the $500 multi-conference pre-registration fee plus all conference fees owed must be paid in full no later than December 31, 2026, or my registrations will be cancelled. I also understand that at no time will my company be placed on the floor plan without payment of the $500 one-time fee plus the cost of conference registration. Failure to pay any owed amounts will affect assigned spaces on the floor plan.
