Below is a listing Texas County Official Trade Shows. These Trade Shows happen alongside Texas county official conferences where elected local officials attend to earn continuing education credits. The registration fees and attendance numbers below reflect 2025 actual shows.
Annual Registration
Annual registration for all of the events listed below is available through October 31, 2025. You can click here to access the registration form to secure your space. There is a $500 early registration fee to take advantage of registering for all shows at once.
The benefits to early registration include:

Ensure you have a spot at the trade shows mentioned below. These all sell out quickly, some are sold out within the first week or registration officially opening. You don’t have to worry about missing an email when we open the individual shows – you’ll already be registered.

Booth Location. Booths are assigned on a first pay first reserve basis, with conference sponsors receiving the best booth locations. As a vendor, the early registration process will put you at the top of the list when we assign booths.

Hotel room blocks. We cannot release room block information prior to the opening of the shows. Early registrants receive an email with hotel links before we send out the initial email blast. The only thing that sells out faster than a trade show, is a hotel room block.
