EXHIBIT SPACE DESCRIPTION
Each exhibit space will be an 8’x10’ pipe and drape booth with a 6’ table with two chairs. The cost of each exhibit space is $700 ($600 for verified state agencies) and covers registration for two company representatives to attend all conference activities. Additional reps are $100 each.
ATTENDANCE
This year the County and District Clerks’ Association of Texas Winter Conference is expecting to attract around 400 county officials from across the state of Texas.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be selected until your balance has been paid. Sponsors will receive priority on the floor plan. County Progress is the one who will assign booths. Electrical information and additional decorator information will be emailed at a later date.

If you’re interested in leaving a larger foot-print at this event, sponsorships are available. Please click here to view the available sponsorship opportunities. Most sponsorships include a booth so if you sponsor, please do not also purchase a booth – unless you need an additional one.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The host hotel is the Embassy Suites. Unfortunately, the association does not allow vendors in their room block.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Exhibit booths may be cancelled in writing through January 9, 2026, minus a $100 administrative fee. Any cancellations after January 9th will not be subject to a refund.
