EXHIBIT SPACE DESCRIPTION
Each exhibit space will be an 8’x10’ pipe and drape booth with a 6’ table with two chairs. The cost of each exhibit space is $700 ($500 for verified state agencies) and covers registration for two company representatives to attend all conference activities. Additional reps are $50 each.

ATTENDANCE
This year the County and District Clerks’ Association of Texas Winter Conference is expecting to attract around 400 county officials from across the state of Texas.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be selected until your balance has been paid. Sponsors will receive priority on the floor plan.

The host hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center located at 3100 Town Center Trail, Denton, TX 76201.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Exhibit booths may be cancelled in writing through January 4, 2021 minus a $50 administrative fee. Any cancellations after January 4th will not be subject to a refund.
