ATTENDANCE
Historically the County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas Conference has attracted around 250 county officials from across the state of Texas.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. Spaces are assigned by County Progress and cannot be assigned until your balance has been paid.
Additional items such as carpet, electrical and shipping information will be handled through our decorators.
DECORATOR KIT & ELECTRICAL FORMS
Please review the full decorator kit for shipping information and to order additional items. It is highly recommended that you ship through the decorator to ensure the arrival and safety of your items. All the shipping instructions are inside the kit. Also, vendors who need electricity must fill out the attached sheet and return it to the convention center.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
If you’re interested in leaving a larger footprint at this event, sponsorships are available. Sponsorships are handled through another office. Please click here to request a copy of sponsorship opportunities to be emailed to you.
BINGO CARD
The association has chosen to play Bingo inside the vendor hall again this year. This helps drive traffic to the booths. Each person who registers for the conference will receive a bingo card in an effort to win additional prizes provided by the association. If you would like to participate in the bingo game, you will need to purchase this at an additional fee when you register. Space is limited and done on a first come first served basis. ACCOMMODATIONS
Exhibitors will receive a hotel reservation instruction with their confirmation email. The instructions will allow you to book online at the blocked rate based on availability. If rooms are full, please try the overflow hotels. Change the automatic dates to Oct 6-8. If you did not receive the hotel instructions, please check your junk mail folder. (The host hotel fills up really quickly.)
