ATTENDANCE
This event attracts county judges, commissioners, and their office personnel from all over North and East Texas. Approximately 150 attendees register for this conference.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a 8’x10′ pipe and draped booth. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be selected for your company until your balance has been paid. Booths come with 6ft. table, 2 chairs, and a waste basket. For shipping and additional ordering of items, please use the decorating company. Heavy Equipment will not be allowed inside nor outside as there is not adequate space. ELECTRICITY
If your booths needs electricity, you will need to order and pay for that separately. The electrical form will be emailed later to registrants.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
If you’re interested in leaving a larger foot-print at this event, sponsorships are available. Please contact Houston County Judge, Jim Lovell’s office, (Jan Pigford) or call 936-544-3255, ext. 221 for information regarding sponsorship availability.
TOURNAMENTS
This year there will be a golf tournament on Wednesday afternoon, along with Dominos and Cornhole. Vendors are welcome to join in on these tournaments.
ACCOMMODATIONS
An email with hotel accommodations will be emailed to you after you register. Hotels fill up quickly so do not hesitate to make your reservations. If you do not get an email, please check your junk/spam folder.
