ATTENDANCE
This event attracts county judges, commissioners, and their office personnel from all over North and East Texas. Approximately 150 attendees register for this conference.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a 10’x10′ pipe and draped booth. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be selected for your company until your balance has been paid. Booths come with 6ft. table, 2 chairs, and a waste basket. For shipping and additional ordering of items, please use the decorating company, Grady Henly. Heavy Equipment will not be allowed inside this space, but will be allowed outside. ACCOMMODATIONS
An email with hotel accommodations will be emailed to you after you register. Hotels fill up quickly so do not hesitate to make your reservations. If you do not get an email, please check your junk/spam folder.
