ATTENDANCE
This event attracts county judges, commissioners, and their office personnel from all over North and East Texas. Approximately 150 attendees register for this conference.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a 10’x10′ pipe and draped booth. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be selected for your company until your balance has been paid. To view the current floorplan, click HERE. (subject to change). Booths come with 6ft. table, 2 chairs, and a waste basket. Electricity and internet will be provided this year by the association. For shipping, please use the decorating company, Grady Henly. Heavy Equipment is allowed, but it must be pre-approved. Please email Jimi for more information.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
If you’re interested in leaving a larger foot-print at this event, sponsorships are available. Please contact Henderson County Judge’s Office, Angie Goggans at countyjudgesoffice@henderson-county.com for information regarding sponsorship availability.
ACCOMMODATIONS
