This year the annual conference will take place at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa.
EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE
Exhibitor spaces will be 10’x10′ pipe and draped booths. Each space is $600 and includes a 6′ skirted table, a wastebasket, an ID sign, two chairs, and access for two representatives.

ATTENDANCE
This event attracts county judges, commissioners, and office personnel from all over South Texas. Approximately 225 attendees register for this conference.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a 8’x10′ pipe and draped booth. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be reserved until your balance has been paid.
