VENUE
This year the annual conference will take place in San Antonio, June 15-18, 2026, at the Hyatt Hill Country Resort, San Antonio.
EXHIBITOR SCHEDULE
Exhibitor spaces will be 10’x10′ pipe and draped booths. Each space is $600 and includes a 6′ skirted table, a wastebasket, an ID sign, two chairs, and access for two representatives.

ATTENDANCE
This event attracts county judges, commissioners, and office personnel from all over South Texas. Approximately 250 attendees register for this conference.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a 10’ wide x 8′ deep pipe and draped booth. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be reserved until your balance has been paid. To view the current floorplan, click here.

You should have received an email from our decorator Grady Henly. The electrical and shipping information are linked on her website, and I have linked them here. You can also find the electrical directly at this link. If you need additional items, please order those from the decorator.

The host hotel is the Hyatt Hill Country Resort, San Antonio. Upon registration, you will be emailed the room block information. If you do not get this, please check your junk/spam folder.
NAME BADGES
To see who you signed up for this event, please check the name badge registration list as we get closer to the event. If you would like to change a name or sign up an additional person, please email Jimi. Two representatives come with the booth fee, additional registrations are $100 and those can be purchased here.
