ATTENDANCE
This event attracts county judges, commissioners, and their office personnel from all over the state of Texas. Approximately 450-500 attendees register for this conference. The map below indicates counties that attended this conference in 2025.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a 10′ x 10′ pipe & draped booth, which will include a skirted 6’ table and two chairs. Each 10′ x 10′ booths is $800. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be selected until your balance has been paid. To view the floorplan, click here.
SHIPPING
The Brazos Expo center will accept freight. There is no charge for it as long as it doesn’t arrive before the 13th. Please label it with Brazos Expo Center, VG Young, company name, and booth number (see floor plan above for booth number) on the shipment. Address: 5827 Leonard Rd, Bryan, TX 77807.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
If you’re interested in leaving a larger footprint at this event, sponsorships are available. Sponsors will be given priority on the floor plan. Sponsors will still need to register and pay for their booth via this website. Then, contact Natalie at V.G. Young Institute for County Government for sponsorship opportunities.
