VENUE
This year the conference will take place at the Wichita Falls MPEC, 1000 5th Street, Wichita Falls, Texas.
Exhibitor spaces will be 10’x10′ pipe and draped booths. Each space is $600 and includes a 6′ skirted table, a wastebasket, an ID sign, two chairs, and access for two representatives.

ATTENDANCE
This event attracts county judges, commissioners, and office personnel from all over West Texas. Approximately 350 attendees register for this conference.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a 10’x10′ pipe and draped booth. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be reserved until your balance has been paid. Information about electricity will be provided later. Outdoor space will also be available for heavy equipment if needed.
