VENUE
This year the conference will take place at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center located at 1501 Mac Davis Ln, Lubbock, TX 79401.
Exhibitor spaces will be 8’x10′ pipe and draped booths. Each space is $500 and includes a 6′ skirted table, a wastebasket, an ID sign, two chairs, and access for two representatives.

ATTENDANCE
This event attracts county judges, commissioners, and office personnel from all over West Texas. Approximately 350 attendees register for this conference.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a 10’x10′ pipe and draped booth. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be reserved until your balance has been paid. Outdoor space will also be available for equipment if needed. To view the floorplan, click here.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT
The fee to park heavy equipment outside will be $400 per piece of equipment. Please email Jimi directly for an invoice: jcoplen@zacpubs.com. You can view the parking lot here.
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
If you’re interested in leaving a larger footprint at this event, sponsorships are available. Please email Jimi to request current sponsorship availability.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The host hotels are the Cotton Court Hotel and the Overton Hotel and Conference Center. Please request the “West Texas County Judges and Commissioners Association” room block when reserving your sleeping room. The deadline to reserve rooms at the special rate is March 31, so make your reservations early. All reservation requests received after this date will be accepted on a space-available basis and at the prevailing hotel rates. Guests will need to guarantee reservations with a credit card. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of expected arrival will be billed to the credit card that was used to guarantee the reservation. (Additional details will follow in the notification email.)
