EXHIBIT SPACE DESCRIPTION
Each exhibit space will be an 8’ wide x 10’ deep, tabletop booth with an 8’ table and two chairs. The cost of each exhibit space is $700 and covers registration for two company representatives to attend all conference activities. Additional reps are $100 each.
ATTENDANCE
This year the County and District Clerks’ Association of Texas Annual Conference is expecting to attract around 400 county officials from across the state of Texas.

We will not be using a decorating company for this show. Items can be ordered directly from the hotel. To order additional items or electricity, please download this form and return it as instructed.
