EXHIBIT SPACE DESCRIPTION
Each exhibit space will be an 8’x10’ pipe and drape booth with a 6’ table with two chairs. The cost of each exhibit space is $700 ($600 for verified state agencies) and covers registration for two company representatives to attend all conference activities. Additional reps are $100 each.
ATTENDANCE
This year the County and District Clerks’ Association of Texas Winter Conference is expecting to attract around 400 county officials from across the state of Texas.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be selected until your balance has been paid. Sponsors will receive priority on the floor plan. County Progress is the one who will assign booths. To view the current floorplan, click here.

ACCOMMODATIONS
The host hotel is the Embassy Suites by Hilton. Unfortunately, the association does not allow vendors in their room block.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Exhibit booths may be cancelled in writing through January 3, 2025, minus a $100 administrative fee. Any cancellations after January 3rd will not be subject to a refund.
