This year the conference will take place at the Houston Marriott Sugar Land, located at 16090 City Walk. in Sugar Land, TX 77479.
Exhibitor spaces are $700 and will be a 6′ skirted table. Each space also includes a wastebasket, two chairs, and access for two representatives.

ATTENDANCE
Historically, this event attracts 300 Justices of the Peace and Constables and their office personnel from all over the state of Texas.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a covered 6’ table and two chairs. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be selected until your balance has been paid.

If you don’t want to exhibit at this conference, but would like to support the association and advertise your company in the conference program, you can secure advertising space here. The deadline to be included in the conference program for both space and artwork is April 18, 2026.

Cancellations & Refunds
Exhibit booths may be cancelled in writing through May 15, 2026. Cancellations will receive a refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations after to May 15 will not be refunded.
