ATTENDEE SCHEDULE
This year the conference will take place June 26 – 29, 2023 at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa.
We anticipate a busy week this year with all of the traditional events planned including Commissioners Court Advanced Curriculum courses, the exhibit hall, Association Night, and multiple tournaments, not to mention the opportunity to visit with colleagues from across South Texas!

EDUCATION
Pending approval, commissioners may receive up to 12 hours of education credit, while judges may receive up to 4 hours of judicial education credit.
This year the Early Bird session will focus on the American Rescue Plan Act. Make sure to register in advance for this class so we may have an accurate headcount.

COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS
If you are interested in serving on a future STCJCA committee, please contact South Texas CJCA President Jill Sklar. Committees include Nominations, Education, Scholarship, Resolutions and Conference City.
SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS
The South Texas Association is pleased to announce its scholarship program. College scholarships will be awarded during the conference. You can download the scholarship application forms by clicking here. Scholarship applications are to be received or postmarked by 5:00 p.m. on May 19, 2023.
DOOR PRIZES
Please bring a door prize of reasonable value (something you would be excited to win) with you to the conference. We will be giving door prizes away throughout the event.
SPOUSES PROGRAM
Be sure to bring your spouse along – as always an excellent spouses program is in the works.
We encourage that you pre-register your spouse as spouse gifts will only be provided for those registered prior to arrival. The registration fee for guests will increase from $30 (early bird) to $40 (regular registration) after May 19.

The host hotel is the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa located at 23808 Resort Parkway, San Antonio. Unfortunately, the host hotel is sold out. Please make arrangements at one of the other nearby hotels:

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made via email or fax prior to June 9th will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations after June 9th will not be refunded.
