VENUE
This year the TACERA Conference will be held at Hilton College Station Hotel and Conference Center located at 801 University Dr. E, College Station, TX 77840.
BOOTH EQUIPMENT + FEES
Each exhibit space comes with a standard 8’x10′ set-up including: 8′ back drape, 3′ side dividers, a 6′ skirted table, 2 chairs, and ID sign. – These are sold out.
Table Top exhibits are located in the foyer. They include an 8′ backdrop, 6′ skirted table, two chairs. These booths have the same rental fee as the primary exhibit hall. These are sold out.
Heavy Equipment space is available for outdoor exhibits. Outdoor equipment space is complimentary provided you’ve leased an indoor booth. Please let Becky know if you’re planning to bring heavy equipment.
Booth rental fee is $1,000 and covers registration for two company representatives. Additional representatives are $100 each*.

Historically the TACERA Conference has attracted around 250 county engineers and road administrators from across the state of Texas.

Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be assigned until your balance has been paid.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Exhibitors will receive a hotel reservation instructions with their confirmation email. The instructions will allow you to book online at the hotel based on availability.
