VENUE
This year the conference will be held at Hilton College Station Hotel and Conference Center located at 801 University Dr. E, College Station, TX 77840.
BOOTH EQUIPMENT + FEES
Each exhibit space comes with a standard 8’x10′ set-up including: 8′ back drape, 3′ side dividers, a 6′ skirted table, 2 chairs, and ID sign.
Booth rental fee is $1,000 and covers registration for two company representatives. Additional representatives are $100 each.

Historically the TACERA Conference has attracted around 150 county engineers and road adminstrators from across the state of Texas.

Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be assigned until your balance has been paid.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Exhibitors will receive a hotel reservation instructions with their confirmation email. The instructions will allow you to book online at the hotel based on availability.
