This year the conference will be held at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas. Each exhibit space will be comprised of an 8’x10′ booth to include a 6′ skirted table, 2 chairs, an ID sign, and a wastebasket.

ATTENDANCE
This event attracts Tax Assessor-Collectors and their office personnel from all over the state of Texas. Approximately 400 attendees register for this conference.
FLOOR PLAN & BOOTH SELECTION
The standard exhibit booth will be a 8’x10′ pipe and draped booth. Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received with sponsors receiving priority placements. A space cannot be selected until your balance has been paid.

MEAL/ACTIVITY TICKETS
Tickets to the Sponsor Appreciation Luncheon on Monday as well as the offsite event are included in select sponsor packages. Additional tickets for the Sponsor Appreciation Luncheon (Monday), Banquet & Installation Luncheon (Tuesday), and the Offsite Event (Tuesday) may be purchased by contacting Sarah Lazarowitz at slazarowitz@zacpubs.com. Tickets ordered after May 19th will be based on on-site availability.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The host hotel is the Hilton Anatole located at 2201 N. Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207. The reserved room rate inside of the block is $161 per night plus a $25 resort fee and taxes per night. Select sponsorship packages include the option to reserve a room in the sponsor designated block, based on availability.
Room blocks will not open until March 3, 2023. The hotel blocks typically fill quickly for this conference. If you do not make it into the block and would like to be added to the waitlist, please contact Megan West at meganw@county.org.
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or first night’s full deposit. Reservations cancelled after 6 p.m. one day prior to arrival will be assessed one night’s room and tax. Hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12 noon.
