July 20-23 in Montgomery County
Working with the Texas Legislature, illegal dumping, groundwater availability, and elections are among the wide range of topics to be covered at the upcoming North & East Texas Conference in Montgomery County July 20-23. The early bird session and all conference classes will take place at the Margaritaville Lake Resort on Lake Conroe.
Continuing Education
Pending approval, Commissioners may receive 13 hours of continuing education credits during the regular conference sessions and four additional continuing education hours for the early bird session. Four judicial education credit hours for Judges have been approved. The overall agenda includes 12 hours of credit toward Commissioners Court Advanced Curriculum Certification. The V.G. Young Institute of County Government, a part of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, is the education program co-sponsor.

Scholarship Application
