V.G. Young Institute to Host Annual School for Commissioners Courts

      All County Judges and Commissioners are invited to the Annual School for County Commissioners Courts Feb. 22-24 at the Brazos County Expo Center. The three-day conference is sponsored by the V.G. Young Institute of County Government, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, in cooperation with the County Judges and Commissioners Association of Texas and the Texas Association of Counties.  

     Commissioners attending all sessions will receive 16 hours of continuing education. An additional four hours are available to Commissioners who attend the Early Bird Session. Judges may receive up to four hours of judicial education credit. 

     Early registration is $250 for government officials and staff, and $300 for corporate/other attendees. The early registration deadline is Jan. 21, 2022. To register for this conference, go to https://www.county.org/Calendar-of-Events.
