2025 TACERA Conference – Registration opens June 2, 2025

BOOTH EQUIPMENT + FEES
Each exhibit space comes with a standard 8’x10′ set-up including: 8′ back drape, 3′ side dividers, a 6′ skirted table, 2 chairs, and ID sign.
Heavy Equipment space is available inside.
Equipment space is 20’x20′. All equipment must be less than 100 pounds per square foot in weight, and must be verified with weight tickets before the Civic Center will allow it inside. All inside equipment must complete the form found here. Outdoor equipment space is complimentary provided you’ve leased an indoor booth. Please let Becky know if you’re planning to bring heavy equipment.
Booth Rental Fees
Booth rental is $1,000 per 8’x10′ booth and covers registration for two company representatives. Additional representatives are $100 each*.
Special pricing is available for indoor equipment spaces, please contact Becky for more information.

ATTENDANCE
In 2024 the TACERA Conference attracted 320 attendees and 69 Exhibit Booths. Attendees included county engineers, road administrators, road and bridge professionals from across the State of Texas.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Exhibitors will receive a hotel reservation instructions with their confirmation email. The instructions will allow you to book online at the hotel based on availability.
