EXHIBIT SPACE DESCRIPTION
Each exhibit space will be an 10’ deep x 10’ wide pipe and draped show with a 6’ table and two chairs. The cost of each exhibit space is $700 and covers registration for two company representatives to attend all conference activities. Additional reps are $100 each.
ATTENDANCE
This year the County and District Clerks’ Association of Texas Annual Conference is expecting to attract around 400 county officials from across the state of Texas.

Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be reserved until your balance has been paid. Sponsors will receive priority on the floor plan. To review the floorplan, please click here.

ELECTRICAL
Electricity is being provided this year. However, you will need to bring an extension cord and duct tape to secure it down.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Exhibit booths may be cancelled in writing through May 13, 2026, minus a $100 administrative fee. Any cancellations after May 13, 2026, will not be subject to a refund.
