EXHIBIT SPACE DESCRIPTION
Each exhibit space will be an 10’x10’ pipe and drape booth with a 6’ table with two chairs. The cost of each exhibit space is $700 and covers registration for two company representatives to attend all conference activities. Additional reps are $50 each.
ATTENDANCE
This year the County and District Clerks’ Association of Texas Annual Conference is expecting to attract around 400 county officials from across the state of Texas.

Exhibit spaces are reserved in the order registration and payment are received. A space cannot be reserved until your balance has been paid. Sponsors will receive priority on the floor plan.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Exhibit booths may be cancelled in writing through May 7, 2021 minus a $50 administrative fee. Any cancellations after May 7th will not be subject to a refund.
